10 days / 9 nights. Members of the tour will visit around 30 unique architectural and nature landmark attractions of the Crimean peninsula. You will be met by our English speaking representative at the Simferopol airport upon arrival and then transferred to Yalta city to check into your hotel apartments. Vorontsov Palace and Park

Our mini-van will pick you up at the hotel to depart to Vorontsov Palace and Park complex. Alupkinsky Palace and Park Museum-Reserve, also known as Vorontsov Palace, built in the first half of the 19th century, at the foot of Mount Ai-Petri. The first owner of the magnificent palace was Count Mikhail Vorontsov. There are 150 rooms, including luxury parade, with antique furniture, paintings & antique statues adorning the winter garden. The palace, surrounded by cypresses and magnolias, clearly silhouetted against the Crimean mountains, crowned by the summit of Ai-Petri. Vorontsov Palace Park is a beautiful monument of landscape art, founded about 200 years ago, which has more than 200 species of trees and shrubs from around the world.
SIMEIZ

At around 14.00, we are heading to Simeiz. Will walk through the park down to the beach and have lunch at an Uzbek restaurant “Samarkand” (not included).
Beach and Lunch (not included) There are prehistoric dolmens and fortifications nearby; in the Middle Ages the area was under the control of the Byzantine Empire, which built a fortified monastery in the vicinity (and may have given the town its name). As the Byzantine power weakened, the area fell under the control of Genoa, which in its turn gave way to the Ottoman Empire. By 1778, with the departure of the Christian population, the village was depopulated. In the beginning of 20th century, New Simeiz became one of the most prestigious resorts in the Crimea. This period saw the construction of the beautiful park and ancient villas that remain to this day. In 1912, Nicholas II visited with his family. After the second world war, the resort experienced a rebirth, and the ruins were gone by 1955. Since the end of the Soviet Union, however, it has seriously deteriorated.
Swallow's Nest

Now we are heading from Simeiz to “Swalow's Nest”. One of the most beautiful places in Crimea, Swallow's Nest, is located on a cliff Aurora (central ledge of Cape Ai-Todor) and attracts many tourists from different countries. It is Crimea’s symbol, looks as a nest overhanging the coast between Miskhor and Livadia, crowning a 38-meter cliff.

20.00 Welcome dinner (complimentary) - Shashliki To finish the day, we are inviting you to our home for the real authentic Russian barbecue – “shashliki”. Shashlik (meaning skewered meat) was originally made of lamb. Nowadays it is also made of pork, beef or chicken depending on local preferences and religious observances. The skewers are either threaded with meat only, or with alternating pieces of meat, fat, and vegetables, such as onion, mushroom, pepper and tomato.

Ai-Petri
Travel time 30 minutes to the cable car to Ai-Petri
Today we are going to Ai-Petri. After breakfast we will pick you up at the hotel to go to Miskhor, to take the funicular to Ai-Petri
Cable Car to Ai-Petri The cable car "Miskhor - Ai-Petri" is one of the most popular and most visited tourist facilities in the Crimea for tourists from around the world, as well as for local residents. The trip leaves a lasting impression - in less than 15 minutes you ascend to an altitude of 1153 meters, offering stunning views of the southern coast of Crimea.
On the plateau We will walk-climb to the top of the mountain. It takes about 15 minutes from the cable car station. Ai-Petri is famous for its rock formations, called "white teeth". They bring an array of a line from Cape Ai-Todor to the sea. The teeth of Ai-Petri are the peaks of varying heights. The height of Ai-Petri is 1234 meters above sea level. The array is covered with snow from the beginning of December until spring. From the top of the mount, you can see the horizon line of the sea at a distance of 135 kilometers, panoramic views of Yalta, Cape Ai-Todor, Swallow’s Nest, Vorontsov Palace and resort destination with Simeiz mountain and rocks Diva and Cat.
The caves There are more than 300 caves. Only three of them are equipped - Geophysical, Yalta, and Three-eyes. We will visit one of them.
Lunch (not included) Tatar cuisine with stunning views of the coast.
Travel time, with stops, 2-2.5 hours We leave the plateau and go down by the car. On our way back, we will stop for breathtaking views from the mountains. The serpentine road from Ai-Petri winds among trees stunted deciduous forest with beautiful, slender Crimean pines. We will also make a stop at the forest lake, the water springs and the “Uchan-Su” Falls. Uchan-Su is the highest waterfall in Crimea. The word Uchan-SU in the literal translation from Turkish means - "flying water". Almost completely dry in the summer

Travel time 1.5 hours The car will be taking you for the trip to Balaklava. The road is picturesque with many beatiful views.
Balaklava Balaklava - a scenic area a few kilometers south of the center of Sevastopol. A nice marina resort, popular with tourists in the summer - there are many beautiful beaches in the district, reachable by boat. Balaklava has a rich history: from Ancient Greeks, Byzantine Empire during middle ages, Genoese (you can still explore the remainder ancient Genoese fortress) to Crimean War and Second World War (former Soviet secret naval base). Unfortunately, to be able to see everything, we would need much more time.
Travel time by boat 20 minutes We will pass by beautiful Balaklava bay & marina, located between high mountains where we will board a pleasure boat to get to the Aya cape.
Aya cape Beach and Lunch (included) State Landscape Reserve "Cape Aya" in the Balaklava district - a unique reserve with rare beauty of coastal landscapes. Thanks to the microclimate similar to the Mediterranean, there are rare plants and animals listed in the Red Book. It is 13-km-long. At the bottom of Aya - spectacular caves with turquoise waters. We will take a walk there climbing up and down and swim in the clearest waters of the sea. While at the beach, we will have delicious “shawerma” for lunch.

Winery "Zolotaya Balka" - "Golden beam" Vineyards "Gold beam" spread in the picturesque valley of Balaklava, in the legendary Sapun Mountain. Prince Golitsyn first built a wine cellar here in 1889. Comparing these lands from the French province of Champagne, Golitsyn called it "Golden beam" Crimean Champagne. Now the area of vineyards - 1420 hectares. Here they grow such classic grape varieties like Pinot and Chardonnay. In addition to these two main varieties, Sauvignon, Riesling, Aligote, Silvaner, Traminer are grown in agrofirm. For the muscat sparkling wine - white Muscat, Muscat Ottonel, Muscat amber, Muscat Hamburg, Muscat pink. In the tasting room will tell you about the wine production, its use and the drinking culture.
Fishing with dinner (included) After the wine tasting, we are going back to Balaklava Bay and getting on the boat. We are going sea fishing. During this tour, you will experience the excitement and thrill of fishing, take photographs, enjoy unforgettable beauty of Crimean coast. You will be able to appreciate the taste of freshly caught fish of the Black Sea, prepared according to the old recipes of Balaklava paired with delicious wines right on board the boat.

Travel time 3 hours The car will pick you up at the hotel to go to Bakhchysarai. On the way, you will see beautiful sceneries of mountains & prairies.
Bakhchisarai Bakhchisarai is the former capital of the Crimean Khanate and the Crimean People's Republic. The name is translated from the Crimean Tatar as "garden palace" (bahcha - garden, saray - palace). Located in the foothills, on the slope of the internal ridge of Crimean mountains, in the forest areas in the valley of the influx of Kachi - river Tchuruk-Su. Because of its beatiful architectural and rich historical past Bakhchisarai was called "the city of five centuries".
Bakhchisarai Cave Monastery
20 minutes walking
The date of the monastery's foundation is at a dispute, although local monks assert that it originated as early as the 8th century but was abandoned when Byzantium lost its hold on the region. The current monastic establishment dates back to the 15th century.
Chufut-Kale Chufut-Kale is a medieval city-fortress in the Crimean Mountains that now lies in ruins. It is a national monument of Crimean Karaites culture. Researchers are not unanimous as to the time of the town’s appearance. The town was probably a fortified settlement in the 5th or 6th century οn the periphery of the Byzantine Empire. After the Crimea’s conquest and its inclusion into the Russian empire, the fortress inhabitants were permitted to live anywhere in Crimea. From that time on, Chufut-Kale was deserted. By the mid-19th century the town ceased to exist.
Lunch (not included) Bakhchisarai is the capital of Crimean Tatars and, of course, the capital of “Chebureki”. Chebureki is a deep-fried turnover with a filling of ground or minced meat and onions. It is made with a single round piece of dough folded over the filling in a half-moon shape.
Bakhchysarai Khan's Palace 5 minutes away from the Monastery is Bakhchisarai Khan's Palace. It is one of the best known & well preserved Muslim palaces found in Europe. It was built in the 16th century and became home to a succession of Crimean Khans. The walled enclosure contains a mosque, a harem, a cemetery, living quarters and gardens. The palace interior is decorated to appear lived in and reflects the traditional 16th-century Crimean Tatar style.
Travel time 3 hours On our way back from Bakhchisarai, we can have a stop for refreshing evening swim at the sea.

Livadia Palace
Travel time 20 minutes
The Palace was a summer retreat of the last Russian tsar, Nicholas II, and his family in Livadiyia, Crimea. It was their second official residence. The famous Yalta Conference was held here in 1945, when the palace housed the apartments of Franklin Delano Roosevelt and other members of the American delegation. Today the palace is a museum, but sometimes it’s being used for international summits.
Beach and Lunch (not included) After the excursion at the Palace and Livadian Park we are going to have a relaxing day on the beach. At the beach, we will have lunch with Crimean cuisine.
Travel time 20 minutes After a couple of hours spent on the beach, we will return to the hotel.
18.00 Dinner (not included) We are going to see the evening Yalta. The city is located on the site of an ancient Greek colony, founded by Greek explorers looking for a safe shore (yalos in Greek) to land on. We will take a walk on the Lenin's boardwalk, the central walking street of Yalta. It is the oldest street of the city, with amazing architecture, surrounded by palm trees, a string of restaurants, bars, cafes and a variety of attractions. Performances, carnivals and festivals are held here. Walking through it, you will plunge into the atmosphere of endless festival, which lasts the entire holiday season. One of the must do things in Yalta is to have a ride the old funicular which we will do. We will have supper at the one of Yalta's restaurants.

Travel time 3.5 hours We are going by car to the north-western part of Crimea - Yevpatoriya.
Yevpatoriya Yevpatoriya is one of the most ancient cities of Crimea. The resort is one of the main climatic and spa treatment resorts of Crimea and the center for activities for the kids. Great beaches with fine sand, emerald-clear sea, and bright, gentle Crimean sun are waiting for us.

After breakfast we are checking out of the hotel and taking a walk to the old part of Yevpatoriya.
Little “New” Jerusalem Yevpatoriya is an ancient city which history is estimated to be more than 25 centuries (2500+ years). Here, once nomadic tribes fought and raced with the instructions of the servants of the Crimean khans. It is the medieval part of Yevpatoriya. The place is called "New Jerusalem" because here, almost like in the legendary Middle Eastern city, side by side are temples of several world religions: Muslim mosque, Christian Orthodox cathedral, the Armenian Church, the Greek Church, Karaite kenasa, two Synagogues & a monastery of Muslim monks - dervishes.
Lunch (not included) We will have lunch at a café with traditional Jewish cuisine "Yoskin cat". The cafe is located in the courtyard of an ancient synagogue and is not a simple cafe, a real museum. The cafe menu dishes of Jewish cuisine: traditional mincemeat, matzah, salads, and hot dishes. All very tasty and cooked with a soul. The interior of the cafe is very interesting - there are unique household items and antiques, as well as cute little things that can be purchased.
Saki Lake After lunch, we will be picked up by the car and visit Saki Lake. Saki lake is a unique storehouse of medicinal resources in the Crimea. After millions of years from the date of its introduction, the mud lake in Crimea was attracting thousands of needy on its shores. Modern diagnostic and treatment centers, sanatoriums, and hospitals, help in the treatment of: musculoskeletal system, the nervous system, urological and gynecological diseases, skin diseases. Mud Lake in Saki is considered one of the strongest influence on the human body, rehabilitation is carried out under medical supervision. We can put on the mud and dip in the lake - practically Dead Sea.

Khersoness Khersoness Tauride is the name of the city founded by Greek colonists more than two and a half thousand years ago in the south-western tip of Crimea. Now its ruins - one of the attractions of Sevastopol. It includes not only a permanent exhibition, but also archaeological sites, the ancient choir, where tourists can even take part in the expedition, and much more.
Sevastopol boardwalk
Travel time 30 minutes
Quay of Sevastopol - one of the most famous places of Sevastopol, a place, where the main activities take place. Strolling along the promenade, you can see many memorials dedicated to various historical events. The most recognizable among them, of course, is "Monument to sunken ships" - a small rock in the 20 meters from the shore, on which stands a Corinthian column with a soaring eagle on top. Right in front of it on the beach - a memorial sign dedicated to the participants of the armed uprising under the leadership of Lieutenant Schmidt. Near there is sundial. There are the steps leading down to the sea, where the waves breaking against the granite, scattered splashes on pleasure travelers.

Inkerman winery

The famous cellars of Inkerman Winery, the length of which - 55 thousand square meters! You will get acquainted with the history of the plant and expert winemakers, who have given many years of their lives to perfect their craft. They will reveal some of the secrets of wine production, share the unique practical knowledge they acquired during many years and of course, the best part of the program will be wine tasting, during which you will be able to fully appreciate the taste and quality of natural wines of INKERMAN, born in the unique climatic conditions of the Crimea.
